I'm interested in this property in North Ga. It has mechanic liens on it and has back taxes in access of 50k. I want to pay the taxes in hopes of either profiting off of the interest or obtaining the property when it goes to the court steps. How hard is it to make a deal with the Mechanic Liens?

I have been thinking along the same lines. All of the paper is a hassle...especially if the sale falls through. I would like an Android...I'm just hoping that someone will take that leap and allow us to use our cell phone numbers and not google numbers on a tablet.
