Hello everyone, Im trying to learn everything I can on investing. Most of my time is spent driving during the day.  So my question is (as a newbie) can anyone recommend a great audio book.My strategy for now is flipping single family homes. I've read Flipping Houses For Dummies.

Hello all and welcome to the new guys introduction(Chuck Wicker) I believe having a sense of humor is an important part of success. Only I have the sense of humor, but still waiting for the success.I am from the Philadelphia area and Im interested in flipping houses in the Philadelphia/NJ area. I've been self-employed since the age of 20 and Im 45 now, unfortunately that life adventure came to an abrupt halt due to my poor management making."If life knocks you down,try and land on your back,cause if you can look up you can get up."  "Les Brown".Well Im looking up at Real Estate investing now....
