Hey @Henry Chan !

I live in Nashville, TN and am a Real Estate Agent as well. There's a ton to learn on this website! Good Luck!

I am looking to take the TN Licensing Exam soon. I have studied a bunch but I am still a bit nervous about it. Any thoughts or tips?

I am not sure if the 'problem' has been fixed. Just to let you know I am not a landlord (not yet) and am not a 'cat lover.' I know from personal experience that cats urine can linger for a LOOONG time. My sister had a cat growing up in my parent's house and the cat has not lived there for around 8 years. WE CAN STILL SMELL THE URINE. My wife is allergic to cats and every time we go to my parent's she gets affected by it. Just a thought. I liked to hear tons of different views. Thanks.

@Kerry Smith I'm living on post here at Bragg. We are actually moving in a couple weeks to Nashville because I am getting out. I don't have any experience with flipping but I would like to start when I move back. Your goals are great and I think eventually I would love 10k a month in passive income! I joined BP yesterday and I love it! I'm sure you will, too!
