When is the first meeting?

I'm new to investing and am looking for someone to help with funding my first flip. I have a background in construction and in finance, both of which make me quite capable of managing a project. I just need a opportunity to get started.

Already doing the former. I believe that the latter is going to be my best avenue, just not sure how to approach it.
