Is there a presentation handout? I'm in Idaho Falls but am very interested in vacation rentals and would love this information. Is there any way I can get it?

Our topic this Thursday will be a discussion with Jake Reed on Funding Sources and Self-Directed IRAs. Funding is always a timely topic for RE Investors. We're ALWAYS looking for MONEY and rightly so. Remember that we now meet in the Community Room at the ISU Credit Union located at 2255 E. Sunnyside Rd., Idaho Falls, ID 83404. The meeting begins at 7:00pm Dues are $2 per person.

In addition, we will be having an organizational meeting to fill the group's executive positions so it can function more effectively than depending on just one person, namely me (with some much appreciated help from Lori Isom). :D

After this meeting, I will be stepping down as the main engine behind this group, so I'm hoping others will step forward to fill the gap. If we handle this well, this group will continue to be a wonderful network and resource for all of the South East Idaho Real Estate Investors and could grow to serve many others. I will be happy to continue as an advisor to the new executives should they have questions in the transition.

I hope you will join us on Thursday with a mind towards some small portion of a very large task that you might be willing to pick up to assure that this becomes a thriving organization where many hands make LIGHT work for everyone. I know EVERYONE is busy, but everyone can do some SMALL thing to help make the group a better experience for us all.
