This beautiful unit is spacious and has been recently remodeled. The rent for similar apartments is between 950-1050. Seller financing is available.

I'm looking for good agent that specializes and know Woodlawn and Bronzville areas (chicago). I have couple projects that I am working on it. One of them is completed and looking to sell it now.

Alex Bok , i have couple houses in woodlawn, do you know anyone that does property management in that area. Tks

@Ravi P., i have couple friends and my family that have rental properties and always complain about taxes, especially here in cook county it can fluctuate a lot from year to year. But I think you still better off with areas that appreciate quicker as you can raise your rents to recoup some of the money that you need to pay for higher taxes.

@Alex Bok, I didnt know that wilmette has rental properties, if it does, taxes has to be probably outrageous.

@Jim Tannehill, I have been looking at St Louis and Indianapolis, I like to work with bigger markets. But this would be my first property that is out of state so I am taking my time to see if there may be something here.

I am looking to buy one or two rental properties in Chicagoland and I have started looking at north and northwest suburbs but there are not a lot of good deals. Most properties have cap rate about 5-6%, where are others looking for good income properties in Chicago area?

Ben Mizes , i have been looking at st louis market for some rental properties, do you know any good real estate agents that i can connect with?

Hi All, I live in Chicago area and i have done some deals here in Chicago and suburbs. I am interested in buying a vacation/rental property in Saint Augustine or possibly some other places in Florida. Does anyone know that market? I am looking to buy 2 or 3 bedroom house/condo preferably within walking distance from the ocean/water, can someone recommend some real estate agents or wholesalers in that area? What are other vacation places in Florida that have decent rental income/property value ratio? Thanks for help
