Thank you David

I would like the "active status" because of future business plans. As an investor I figured it would be beneficial to be my own agent. I do not know the rules and regulations on how that would work. I just figured I am adding value to a brokerage by buying and selling properties (my own) and the brokerage would still get their cut.

thank you again for your time. any advice is appreciated.

My understanding is that in NJ you cant have "active status" if you are working for a referral agent.

I am in the process of getting my NJ real estate license. I don't want to be an agent but I need the "active experience" As a investor I want to be able to find deals on my own. I own 6 2 family houses and may be selling in the near future. The question is where can I hang my license if I am not practicing, just trying to find deals for myself.

@Melvin List

Thank you. That is what we did. Rules a little different in Florida. Appreciate the input.

Looking for an aggressive agent or wholesaler to find deals for us. We would love to discuss further with any one interested.

@William Lees

Hi William my team has been looking for deals in N Jersey for a while and it’s pretty dried up or to much competition. We want to expand our search for flips to S Jersey. Would love to chat. Chris
