Hi Brian, I am interested in the REIA you mention that launched in January, 2017. However, I'm being blocked from reaching the site. Is there another way to make contact?

I have four rental properties and am adding at a rate of 1-2 per year.  I have outgrown Excel for bookkeeping and although would love a cloud based program, after comparing applications have decided on QB desktop.

Which version should I purchase?

Also, I have one LLC as a holding company which owns another LLC for each property. Each property's LLC does a K1 to the Holding LLC which then files the return.

I am the owner, but for accounting purposes, should I set up QB with the holding company as the Owner and each property as a Customer?  Or should I leaving the holding company out of it and enter myself as the Owner?
