I'm new to BiggerPockets but I am not new to the real estate game! I only work part time now as I have retired. I'm mainly looking to learn about investing opportunities and all the new ways people are using the internet to build on their assets! Looking forward to many future discussions!

Has anyone tried using any of these new sites that are popping up online? You sign up to receive alerts for leads, and the site is just a Q&A and then it links you to a chat with a customer. Sites like Tulia, Zillow, and AskAvenue? Just curious if anyone has had success?
