Good morning BP!

I have been able to find some great deals, but Im young with almost no credit. 

Could someone suggest the best way to get financing? would hard money be my best options? 

Im located in Northern NJ/ NYC area if that helps.

Good afternoon BP!

Been listening to BP, starting to progress into some deals in NJ.

BUT my questions is...

I have found a dozen properties in my county that are Distressed/Absentee owners. How do i track the owners down?
