I second Hattiesburg! I'm a real estate agent here and this is a popular area for out of state investors. A lot of homes in 39401 under $100K have come on the market in the last month or two, some of them already rented.

So sorry for the confusion. If you click on the word Rent on the dashboard, a more expanded Rent dashboard will open showing any tenant that owes rent, is 1-10 days or 11 days+ late, as well as any money received in the last 30 days. You can also click on the word "Renters" to open the renters dashboard which will show a listing of all tenants and their total balance due. (there is a button there to toggle on and off balances "Show Balance Due")

The main thing I want to check when I log into the RentRedi dashboard is: what rents have been paid and when, and who is behind. I feel like this information should be front and center on the dashboard, but it is not. I have to go digging for it every time, and I'm never sure if I'm seeing all of the information. Am I missing something obvious? Or is there a rental management software that is better? We only need something for up to 20 units.

Hey Myrissa,

I'm in Hattiesburg. We find most of our appliances at Dirt Cheap or on clearance at Lowe's (the Petal Lowe's is best.)

Looking for reviews on rent collection for a duplex- Would like them to pay online or with an app. If they could place service calls/message through the app as well that would be a plus. Just for a duplex so not looking to pay much for this service. Thanks!
