Below you will find a list of all our properties for sale. All properties, with the exception of the last property, are in North Jackson. Package of first 11 houses in north Jackson for $383,000 vs $407,000 for 11 individually. All occupied except one that is currently being rehabbed for new HUD tenant. I am the hands on manager of all of our rentals and only selling to get properties closer to our home since having our first child.
