Hi all, newbie on the website with experience in multiple STR's in Florida. I am bullish on Anchorage and am looking to start off small by purchasing a 2-3 br condo either in the downtown area of UMED. I have a few quick questions and was looking for some referrals. All help is appreciated.

1) Do some condos have restrictions in hosting STR's? If so is this more the norm or the exception?

2) Which area is best for maximum rental income? Downtown or UMED?  


For recommendations:

1) Real Estate agent who is skilled in STR.

2) Trusted handman, task person.

3) Trusted cleaning person.
