@Ryan Wittig who did you end up using for your Heloc?

Need a bridge loan (6 or 12 mo) on 4 unit rehab that is maturing. 1 month from completion.  Full blow appraisal came back when finished (4-6 weeks) at 365k. Our current refi option fell through (lender only loans on is value (190k) and the appraiser stated there are no comps for un complete projects and didn't include our to date renovations. Closing, title work etc. in place. Property in ME any lenders that can move that fast?
