sorry for the late response as the user interface on bigger pockets is still new to me. I appreciate the feedback. I own (2) investment properties and actively seeking 3rd. I am not sure that I am ready yet to start seeking other investors to join in.

There may be some lenders available that have a no min DSCR loan but the amount you will be paying in closing costs on a small loan that will eat away a lot of your profits.
