Jake- thanks for the response. I am looking for the smartest way to grow my property portfolio while also working a demanding job that realistically will limit me to personally managing 4units successfully.  The ultimate goal is once I’ve created a strong enough portfolio I can make the switch from corporate life to actively managing the portfolio. I’m am looking for help in developing the financial and management plan(s)/options that will get me there.

I have 6 units now and want to make a plan to better understand when, and what I need to do, to eventually jump to doing RE full time.  Where do I start and who should I be talking to?  Can anyone recommend a financial planner who is familiar with RE investments?
