Quick Auestion? What is the best contract for a Purchase & Sell Agreement ive seen alot but they are all diffrent. Even the ones for NC but i dont think its for someone Wholesaling. Another thing? How do i protect myself in the contract? How do i put it so i dont get stuck with the property? Or stuck having to pay it?

When wholesaling real estate. If i was to do a deal a day with a profit of 19K a week thats 40K. Now because this isnt a job or any business do you file this on your taxes? Will you be audited? What legal issues sill i run into???

Im New to wholesaling and want to get the ball rolling. Id love to start out finding some if not many cash buyers some deals and hope to build my buyers list. Anyone have any suggestions. Do i find these deals on my own and find a buyer or can I or be contacted by a buyer to find them a property? Little confused

Is there anyway to get 100% Financing for a house flip im aiming to do? I know that is a pretty rare sight but its worth a shot. Im trying to get started on a good note. Anyone have any suggestions?
