Post: Nevada Real Estate Law

So a question for anyone familiar with landlord/tenant laws preferably in Nevada. Here’s the situation. The rental property is under property management, the owner left personal belonging in a locked storage unit in the garage, it was never mentioned on the lease or during the leasing process. The tenant questioned the management company who was under the impression the items belonged to the previous tenants so they told the current tenant they could dispose of the items. Turns out they were the owners posessons and now the management company and the owner have teamed up and are asking for compensation for the missing items. Besides consulting a lawyer what is your expierence in this matter?

A long time friend of mine and I are looking into buying a four plex as an investment renting three units out while he "house hacks" the other unit for a few years. We're just trying to figure out how to structure it or if it's even possible. He has great credit and owns his own business but may not qualify due to income requirements. I have not so good credit but a good income history. Can we buy a property together using my income and his credit? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hello, I'm not ready to start investing yet but I want to start analyzing deals to get familiar. Do I really analyze deals thru Zillow? Or do I get a realator to work with me?

Hello, my names Chris, I'm from Las Vegas and I'm new but extremely motivated to get into real estate investing. Im interested in investing in multi and single family homes and if things go my way eventually an  apartment complex. I'm young so I figure I have time and technology on my side. Iv found being young also makes it difficult to get started but I'm dedicated to make this happen. Looking for any advice and a place to go for wisdom and questions. Thanks!
