I attended the 3 day seminar in March this year and wasn't "accepted" to the mastery program, mainly because I didn't have  $30,000. They called me a few days later offering me a wholesaling program for $2,000 in order to be able to get a couple wholesale deals under my belt so I can be able to afford the mastery course. Unfortunately I invested in the the $2,000 wholesale program and although the information is good, its information I could have found on BP, And Instead used the money to start my business off with and aggressive marketing plan.

Hi BiggerPockets,

I am attending my first REIC meeting in Los Angeles tomorrow and i might be too focused on the details i am not really sure how i should dress for the meeting. Is there such thing as dressing too casual/formal? My goal is to meet some investors and pick their brains a bit. Any advice will be appreciated
