Very clear Ann, and appreciate your explanation - helpful for a new investor.

Thanks and have a lovely weekend!

I will plan to be at this meet up on Thursday.  Thanks Aaron for your guidance and training the last months, and finally met Ron last Saturday!

Post: Clarify and explain Private lending payback

Hello!

With private lending or hard lending, please clarify how the loan payback with interest tactically happens after you add value and fix up the property (BRRRR) then bank refi? Lets say you commit to 5% interest over 6 mos. then do you pay back just the interest to the lender or the entire loan amount plus interest?

Was thinking it would be best to keep the total loan amount and use for another property ? Of course, tell the lender and show verified paperwork and bank statements. And it would save the time and questions of high value wire transfers back and forth, right?  Thanks

-Chris

Thanks Antoine and appreciate the encouragement!

I will stick to the analysis numbers, if cash flow is poor then set emotion aside and search out other properties.

Hello Bigger Pockets!

I'm living in New England for the last 4 years (new job relocation from Michigan) and new to real estate investing and learning as much as I can taking in knowledge through podcasts, e-books, and webinars.

Looking to build my core team through connections and recommendations this month - focus areas are Fall River, MA; Seekonk, MA; and New Bedford, MA. Glad to connect and help out where I can!

Planning on buying a small multi-family in the next 60 days or less with a conventional mortgage.

I want to learn from the best and really build a professional real estate investment portfolio to supplement my income and provide more financial flexibility and time for my family.

Thanks !

-Chris
