@Travis Sperr How do I go about finding a mentor, what kind of questions do I ask to see if they will help. I don't like feeling like I'm a bother to someone or I am wasting there time. And we're do I find these people?

Whats something you guys wish or regret not doing when you first started out in real estate investing?. Im 20 and am starting in real estate investing, just wondering what are somethings that I should definitely start doing in the beginning stages of my journey. Any tips would be much appreciated.

Im just wondering if there's any local meet ups in Northern New Jersey. Im 20 years old and would like to start to find out more about the business and hopefully be able to find some type of guidance. Im hungry and motivated to start any help or tips would be greatly appreciated.

I know it's possible, but does the cash flow add up, I want to invest into properties around Nutley, Garfield, and Clifton. Are property taxes just too much ? @Linda D House hacking is what I'm really looking forward to do, my plan is to buy a multi family house in northern New Jersey, how much down payment do you think I should have ready?

@Linda D Im starting a career as a real estate agent, do you think that will affect me from getting different types of loans like FHA etc? And what can I do to speed up the process of actually buying a home at such a young age?
