Hello,  I am in a position of wanting to downsize from my current home worth 354K and purchase a home at 289K.  I own two other houses and 2 other land properties worth in total about 400K.  My income level presently is 85 K

I am looking for a creative financing strategy to allow the purchase of the house we wish to downsize to while prepping our current house to sell.  Open to any ideas that are legal and ethical.  Thank you in advance to your out of the box thinking!!  ~Chris
