@Samir Patel i want to house hack and buy as many properties as possible at a smart pace to have passive income and quit my day job at some point. I also want to live somewhere that is not like this area where the only fun you can have involves driving far or spending money. I want a beach, a hike and good people that want to relax and have a good life.

Any suggestions on where to live for a 24 year old starting out in real estate investing that wants to live near water and or nature and get the most out of life, I currently live in northern Virginia, not the move
