I am currently a superintendent for a GC here in Jacksonville. I am looking to find something more lucrative. Wanted  to see if anyone might be looking for someone with my skill set.

about me:

I have a ton of energy (adhd).


I love to work. 

I tend to outperform my peers.

I have good attention to detail.

I go above and beyond on just about everything I do. Commonly get called an "overachiever".

I have strong written and verbal communication skills.

I consider myself a go getter, and nothing is impossible.

My name is Chris and I am a site super for a gc in North and Central Florida. Started from the bottom and learned/earned my way to my current position; I learned how to do the job by doing the job. I am very versatile, flexible, driven, hard working, and intelligent. I consider myself a true go getter, if there isn’t a way then make a way. 

Approximately 8 years ago I was introduced to the world of multi family real estate. I worked for a family owned company that built laminated timber structures throughout the Northeast but one of the sons had a good portfolio of multi family properties throughout Jacksonville and Orlando. I would work on his rental properties when I wasn’t out of town building timber structures. I noticed how much flexibility and freedom he had by investing in rental property and I wanted that for myself and my family. 


Here we are 8 years later and the only home I own is my primary residence. I’ve gathered a lot of knowledge over the last 8 years but I’ve failed to act on it. I’m ready to act.

Hello all, my name is Christopher Fleitman and I live in Green Cove Springs, Florida. I am currently a site superintendent for a commercial GC in Jacksonville, but I work in Orlando, Gainesville, Tampa, kind of all over north and central Florida. I have managed some multi family properties in Jacksonville for a previous employer and have a good collection of skills that make me versatile. I tend to do well wherever I choose to work. I’m not trying to toot my own horn but I am trying to sell myself a bit. Willing to provide references if anyone is interested in working with me. 

I have very high drive and very high energy levels. I am looking to get into the real estate market but need to build some capital first and pay off some debt. 

I am looking for an investor that wants/needs someone who can handle their construction/rehab projects from start to finish. My ideal situation would be where the investor has said property that needs rehab, they give me a budget, and I choose what to sub or self perform. It would be nice if we created some sort of pay structure that incentivizes me to self perform work and in turn save the investor money. I have very good attention to detail, I am meticulous, pride myself on delivering quality work, and hold myself to a higher standard. If you choose to work with me you won’t be disappointed.
