Me and my Wife are very interested in starting into Real Estate Investing.  We are actively getting out of our debts before we jump into the pool taking Dave Ramsey's' Baby Steps.  We are currently on baby step 2 but once we have our 3 to 6 months of savings we'll be ready to go. While we climb we are trying to get as much knowledge we can. So how's the water Flipper?

@Brady Boyer  Hey Brady, This is my first post and it looks like we are in the same situation.  I've been following Dave Ramseys Baby Steps and plan on paying off our debt by May 2020 (or sooner).  Then we plan on making a buffer by having 3 to 6 months of savings stored up (which shouldn't take long because we'll be out of debt). After that we'll start saving for our first investment.  All the while we'll be studying the industry so by the time we jump in we'll be in a great position to make the right decisions.

Hope this helps.

P.S. Look up Dave Ramsey's Baby Steps and don't skip any steps.
