My name is Christopher, I have studying real estate investing for probably about 7 years. I am about to be 21 here in a few weeks.

    I am looking for someone that is currently in the short term rental business. My business partner and I would love to sit down for lunch and pick someone’s brain. I understand the business model, but I would like to see the thought process of someone actively running a Short term rental. I’m in the Middle Tennessee area if anyone is open to sitting down for lunch or coffee with My business partner and I. It would be greatly appreciated!

"The House Hacking Strategy" by Craig Curelop and "Set For Life" by Scott Trench are both excellent resources to start with. Nashville is a booming market. I'm sure there's a real estate agent here on BP that has house hacked in your respective market and can help you get started.
