Hello to all on the Bigger Pockets platform!

My name is Christopher Camacho. I am a 23-year-old entry-level investor looking for ways to help an experienced investor with their real estate problems. If I can be of service in any way please reach out.

Currently, I am on active duty orders however, I will be separating within the year and moving to the Yuba City/Sacramento area. I would love to do business in that specific area but I am completely willing to help with any out-of-state investing. I am open to any type of work that is needed to make your life easier. I’m new to the subject of investing in real estate so please excuse my ignorance.

When buying a property for flipping or rehab and rent purposes how does paying the mortgage work?

If rehab takes 2 months and selling the property takes 3 months do you pay the mortgage out of pocket for those 5 months?
