Hey everyone! I've been doing a lot of thinking on how to learn the ropes of REI as a complete beginner, while at the same time learning the ins and outs of my local market. I decided that I'd like to search for a seasoned/experienced wholesaler who is looking to teach someone to birddog for them; as in what to look for in a deal, what red flags to avoid, how the local market works, etc.

Making some money on the side while doing this would be fantastic, but I'm more concerned about the education to be gained from the opportunity.

My rough plan is to gain enough experience to become a wholesaler myself, and use the profits from that to jump into REI (Single-Family homes and Multi-Units) with a strong foundation.

I'm currently residing in Cumberland County, more specifically the Vineland/Millville area. If there is interest, please feel free to connect with me, I'd love to hear from you!

I'm looking forward to the potential investing relationships to be had!

Hello everyone! I'm really excited to be writing my first post to the website that has taught me so much in such a short amount of time! Some background on myself:

I am a 25 year old graduate (this past May!) who resides in South Jersey; Cumberland County to be specific. I recently got hired at a stereotypical office job that very quickly made me realize how much I crave financial independence. Since then I've been reading and digesting as many podcasts, posts, webinars etc from BiggerPockets that I can get a hold of. Unfortunately, this has led to a bit of analysis paralysis, though I have a pretty good idea of what kind of strategy I want to pursue. I just want to get started already, instead of feeling unfulfilled at the end of everyday when its time to clock out of the 9-5.

I was thinking of going with BRRRR to obtain Buy & Hold properties, but right now I'm in the deal finding stage. After, I was going to try and see if Hard money was the right way to go if I don't want to put any money down. Any opinions?

Anyway, if any of you are nearby this area (Vineland/Millville etc), I'd love to network! I've yet to make my first deal but maybe we can still learn from each other!

Thanks for reading my long-winded introduction post, I really appreciate it. Let's talk!
