If they refuse to sign the notice saying they will move within the 30 days time period would that suffice you think?

I am obviously going to consult an attorney asap but wanted to see what people thought till then

Also.... does anyone know a good eviction attorney in the southern Connecticut area, preferably Stamford? I met an attorney that specialized in evictions at one of the meet ups but have since lost his card.

I have given a tenant 30 days notice on their month-to-month lease. The tenant has told me they 100% refuse to leave within 30 days.

Can I start the eviction process now even though they are not in default of the 30 days yet?

Thanks,

Chris
