CBMJ is a vertically integrated Houston real estate investment company specializing in acquisitions, renovations, management, and repositioning of value-add multi-family communities.

We are seeking $4M to recapitalize a 320-unit cash-flowing multi-family portfolio with a total market value of $76M located in and around the Montrose submarket. ( We have BOVs from  National -ARA Newmark available)

Investment highlights include:

• 10% preferred return with 50% split of cash flows and sale proceeds
• Projected IRR of 37% / Equity Multiple of 2.5 / 3-year Exit Strategy
• Properties located in desirable Houston submarket of Montrose
