Hey Brett,

Thank You for the warm welcome! It's great to be part of a community with similar goals and ambitions. I'm very new to real estate investing so I plan to learn as much as I can and this community seems to have those resources. It's great to know there are professionals willing to help out others, especially the new guys. So thank you for the advice and the positive feedback, I look forward to learning and possibly working with other investors like yourself in the future. Hello, I am a 32 year old US veteran and the father of 2 boys. I have a background in engineering and I'm also a local artist that loves the outdoors. I'm interested in real estate investing because it seems like the most logical way to earn long term financial freedom. I would also like to establish something that will ensure my children are taken care of in the future and something they can continue to build upon so they and their children will be free of the financial burdens of today and tomorrow.
