Hi there, I am new to this. How exactly does wholesaling work? Is it just finding motivated sellers and matching them with cash buyers for a fee? Or, is it locating distressed properties and proposing to owner's to sell to you. Or, is it something else?

I see properties listed on websites that seemed to be cheap fixer-uppers. The sellers are looking for cash buyers. Are they wholesaling then?

Hi there, I have noticed some properties that seem abandoned. I am trying to find contact information about the owners. I was wondering if there was a way to do this without the expense of a skiptracer and fees.

Is it possible to get a program that does this?
