This home is not yet on the market and is in a Hot Market and great location. The properties in the area are selling for anywhere between 240-260 per sqft. It needs a new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, and paint. All cosmetic work as the Roof and HVAC, are relatively new and electrical is in working order.
