I’m interested in purchasing a Bank Tape and so far everyone is saying that they’re no longer available due to Covid and the moratorium. Can anyone elaborate on this? Thank you.

Hello I am looking for REO agents in Orlando or anywhere in Florida.

I have invested in a real estate mentor which was pretty good, but I prefer to work with someone local vs virtually. Any real estate investors in Orlando, FL? Greatly appreciated.

@Salvatore Lentini I have a neighbor in Orlando, FL who wants to sell their home $310,000 which is what he bought it for back in 2005. The Home currently has a tenant pays $1,300 per month. The owner is elderly, in a wheelchair and doesn’t want to be a landlord anymore. The house is not for sale as of yet but I want to pitch him an offer because the area is very nice neighborhood. How can I determine if I should flip this house myself because I know the market, or if I should wholesale it since I don’t have any experience with flipping. Any tips would be awesome!

@Shawn McCormick Wow! Thanks for the tip. That’s very helpful. I will definitely join. So far I haven’t invested in any course, because as you said, they are more interested in charging a pretty penny when I could just probably put the same funds into actual real estate or possibly a Real Estate License. I am definitely interested in receiving some mentorship and I would rather get a course from someone local and knows my market. Where should I Go?

@Gregg Cohen Awesome Thanks for the tip! I used to live in Baymeadows area and attended Beauclerc Elementary way back then. Haha

I have recently taken a course through Than Merrill Fortune Builders learning about BRRR, Wholesaling, Tax Liens and Deeds, ect. I believe wholesaling might be a good start to get my feet wet. Any suggestions on where to start. Anyone have investing experience in Orlando? Great to hear from you guys to begin this journey and meet some people. Never have been more driven!
