@Eliott Elias I honestly just got into cold calling. I like it because I'm not waiting around hoping someone calls me because of a letter I sent and at the same time I hate it because people do not like to answer the phone when an unrecognized number pops up on their screen. I guess all methods have pros and cons. I do want to learn more about cold calling because as of now that's my #1 approach.

Everyone thank you so much for your input! I truly appreciate it! I guess it's really all about what works best for you and how much business you want to do.

@Jerryll Noorden i love you enthusiasm! thinking outside the box is definitely something I'm going to incorporate. I just can't get out of my head hearing another investor in my earlier years saying "there's no need to reinvent the wheel. do what already works." Of course being a new investor, I held on to almost every word the more seasoned investors said lol!

Hello everyone!!! So I’m sure I’m probably overthinking this, but does anyone notice a difference in response rates between sending “handwritten” letters, typed letters or post cards?

I really want to do handwritten letters (it worked pretty well for me in the past) but the volume I’m doing now, handwritten is so time consuming. I thought about typing the letters, but I was worried my response rate would go down. Lastly, I’m scared to do postcards because I feel like the potential seller will throw it away quicker than a letter.

I want to save time and send out more letters that look as genuine as possible. HELP!
