Post: Medicare Licensed Homecare Agency looking to rent residential

We are looking to rent a residential home in greater Cincinnati at $300 above fair market value to operate an Assisted living home w/5 or less occupancy.

Our company is Medicare certified and with an excellent reference from our current corporate office lease provider. 

Does anyone have any advice on how I can locate property owners who would be open to this in Cincinnati?
