Hello BP Family,

I do appreciate any and all responses given to m questions. As I said on my first post, I am extremely new (a student still) at RE Investment. Need to do a first deal soon before I lose my own home. I googled REIA NJ and tried attending one this past Thursday form a list found online, to no avail. Please experts, where is there an REIA in NJ that I can attend to network? Also, what other ways, can I go about finding money and deals?

I am very new at this (two months to be exact). I have no real estate background.  I am reading and watching webinars to learn and feel my way around.  Wholesaling looks like something that I could do - lease options or rentals in NJ. I know this will take some time and there are no fast money markets, but the multiple seminar speakers make it sound like it is easy and money can be made quickly if one applies himself.  To tell you the truth, I don't even know exactly what to say or do, but know that I am eager and want to do the work to start my first deal and I know many more will follow.

I am a single young at heart woman who is highly interested in learning how to invest in real estate and be successful at it.  I am able to do this part time right now, but starting 2019, I will be available to fully immerse myself into growing my business and encourage others to do the same.

I must say, that this is very new to me and as a life long learner, I am busy learning. One of my goal is to do my first successful deal by February where I will bring in a nice profit to encourage my 21 year old (who is apprehensive right now) to join me in the business.
