@Julie Kern I loved your story. My husband and I are just starting out with investing and are all in. I currently still have my W2 job but have goals to not be there in the next 2 years. Our biggest challenge right now is finding the capital for our first investment property and making sure we have all our grounds covered. (Examples; contracts asset protection etc.)

Any advice your willing to share or tips would be greatly appreciated.

My business partner and I are just starting out. We attended a 3 day legacy education event...and I didnt learn much. Besides they want us to pay 50k to learn more. Skeptical as we were we backed out and decided to find info ourselves.

So I'm reaching out to my fellow investors on bigger pockets to get help with finding the contracts we need. Obviously we will be having a attorney go thru everything. But if I can get a direction for basics soni have a starting point that would be so helpful.

Any suggestions and ideas are greatly appreciated.
