Yes, thanks so much for that @Jessica Zolotorofe! I've never heard of doing that before so you taught me something new :) Never know when it may come in handy.

@Jessica Zolotorofe The contract does say I can assign it, but the seller hasn't signed the contract. What do you mean by selling the interest in my LLC? I haven't heard of that before. Thanks :)

Hi @George Despotopoulos,

Thanks! I am looking for individuals that have a lot of cash on hand. I want to fix and flip/rehab in Connecticut. I have a deal now that I am working on and wanted a lender. I would be a return customer with all of my deals and they can pick and choose what deals they want to work on with me. I will send you a Pm now.

Hi everyone,

I am looking for recommendations for private money lenders. I am looking for a Private Money Lender that I can build a mutually beneficial relationship with and continue to do business with. I am honest, easy to work with, and hard working. I live in Connecticut.

Thanks!

Post: Fortune Builders

Hi,

I am a fortune builder student and I do like the company, but I also do agree with many of the people posting that we can find the information for free on the web. I do feel that a lot of the stuff on fortune builders aren't fully explained and they don't go too in depth so it leaves me feeling like I need to find out more on the subject because I feel as if fortune builders is leaving a lot of the information out, so yesterday I signed up to BiggerPockets to get help and advice from people like myself that are trying to make their dreams come true and give their families a better life. In just 2 days, I have seen how helpful and encouraging users on this site are and they are helping each other without asking for anything in return. I am very grateful for this site and for the users on it.

If anyone would like to connect and see how we can help each other, I'm from Connecticut, feel free to message me, Thanks!

Hi @Dave Bolduc! I would love it if we can help each other in some way. I am currently working on a deal now with a seller and I presented the contract to him, but he didn't want to sign it. Instead he had his lawyer do a title search and had the lawyer start the process for us to buy the property. I'm not really sure how I can turn this into a wholesale deal now. Any advice? I also Pmed Joe, thanks so much!
