Thank you, I work for the government and have 2 pensions and other retirement accounts but I don’t have a home. I live in a very desirable market (Sunny San Diego) so I think I should make my money back soon.  I have to do the numbers to make sure it will work out for me. Has anyone purchase a home using the money from a QDRO, I just got divorce last month, I know that I can use the 401k QDRO money penalty free but not tax free… pros and cons, any advice? I am a first time buyer under the age of 59 1/2
