Thank you:). I'm interested in the market, only because I live here and I think there's so much potential in a lot of the areas. I think I'm more interested in BRRR rather than STR mostly based on the inventory. STR isn't out of the question, just later on with more experience and money to invest in the areas that STR I think would do well in. I currently live in a tourist area, and it's VERY expensive.

It’s definitely a possibility.  It’s a matter of “do we want to live in this area?” to do that.
