I am coming up against traditional bank lenders that do not want to refinance my investment property because it’s titled in a Trust. Is this the same for LLC’s? Or as the majority member and the willing party to guarantee the refinance do some banks work with you on this?

Hello @Charlie DiLisio

@Bryon Kane

@Mitchell Jaworski

I have looked in PBC and know many areas there because I grew up there but the price points are crazy right now. I do think I will focus more north and even head into the Orlando market. Have any of you worked with partners on deals?

@Brian Garrett What have you focused on where? Also, are you a memeber of any of the local clubs?

Thank you Dennis and Brian! It’s not an easy market but you’ve got to start somewhere. Brian have you worked in Fort Pierce at all?

Hello Everyone! I am new to Bigger Pockets and getting started in investing. I am not new to real estate but stoked to finally have the opportunity to get some of my own deals under my belt. I am currently focusing on fix and flips and 2-4 unit multi unit. I am open to south Florida locations but for flips I prefer to stay in PSL, Martin and Palm Beach County. Who else is located near this area?
