I have a high end single family home that I is for long term leases (monthly rent is $6k).  After the current tenants move out, I need to replace the carpet and pad.  Tenants are allowed prior approved pets.  What recommendations do you have about quality or brand?  I'm on the fence with a mid grade carpet that gets replaced with each tenant, versus a higher quality that can stand up to stains and cleans well.  I have 1 staircase and several bedrooms of approximately 2000 sqft.  Thanks!

Hi everyone, I need a recommendation for a reputable residential property management company - preferably with experience with high end properties.  We live overseas and received notice that our current company is cancelling our contract.  We have a tenant, and need to transfer quickly.
