Hey Lyle! I'm interested in buying and holding properties in your area. Please let me know if you have any insight or if you would be willing to help a newbie investor to the area. :)

Karlton Hoskins are you willing to share your due diligence software? That's sounds amazing for people like me bidding online and out of state. Would love to work with you. Thanks!

I've been browsing duplexes, MFs, and apartments near university, central, and downtown. I think these have a lot of potential. I also believe Tucson is an up and coming place. I'm ready myself to jump into Investing in the area. You just need to know the neighborhoods and areas well. Quite a few up and coming spots. I'm looking for advice myself on what I should do. So hopefully following your post with help! Good luck!

I would like to focus on Tucson since I own property there already and I know the area very well.

I would love to work with a mentor in the Tucson area but am not sure what I can bring to the table that would be of value. I have eagerness but I also want to be smart and prepared for investing.

I have had a rental in Tucson for about 3 years managed by a property company which has been a really pleasant experience. I like the idea of having more rental properties as they are easy to manage without my actual presence.

But I am also open to different methods of investing. Thoughts?

Hello all! I work full time in the military and am looking to replace my current income and assist my transition out of the military for myself and for my family. I would love to invest in SFH, small multifamily, and commercial real estate. I am currently stationed overseas but would be willing to start investing now. I'm looking for any help in accomplishing my goals and pursuing future endeavors in real estate. Please make any recommendations on good reading material I can study that will help prepare me for real estate investment. I'm open to all ideas. Admittedly I am not well versed in this business but I am motivated and capable of learning. Thanks to all!
