My name is Christina Fanning! My daughter,  Emily, and I are looking to connect to with anyone who has any good insight on investing in the Indianapolis, IN and Cincinnati OH area. We decided take the leap about 18 months ago in starting to build our Multifamily Portfolio. We are part of the  7 Figure Multi Family mastermind (7FMF). After much work and analysis we decided on working in these markets.

We are looking for smaller properties ranging from 25- under 100 units, c/b class, that offer the opportunity to increase value through Capex, management optimization and rebranding!

We would love to connect with anyone that knows about investing in this area and may have any tips that could be helpful as we begin our journey here! Looking forward to connect with you all and thank you in advance for your help.

Just shot you a message about Cincinnati!

You are spot on. I am a multi family investor. We have seen many deals trade way over what the numbers say they should causing us to question if we are underwriting to conservatively. Ultimately we also have decided to stick to the fundamentals we know. We have a responsibility to our investors and ourselves. Seeing the way it played out and knowing your numbers were spot on must have been satisfying.
