Do you mind to connect? I am interested in learning more about the Orlando Florida as a flipping market.

Hi Karen - Yes of course we can connect. From the post below it looks like @Tyler Gibson would be a great resource as well, as he is in the area.

Glad you've decided to take the plunge. I would suggest checking out the AZREIA which is the local real estate investors association. There's tons of quality content, you can meet over 200 investors at the monthly meeting and there's no selling and guru pitches. Google AZREIA

Marcus - will do, thank you!

Hi friends! My name is Christina and I am based in Phoenix, Arizona. I am a newbie (2 months) to the real estate world. Although I've been slowly learning about REI for the past 5 years, just two months ago my husband and I decided we wanted to take the leap and begin investing ourselves. Leaving a position as Operations Manager of a Fortune 500 company, I am highly driven, focused, and ready to learn.

We are specifically interested in wholesaling and fix and flip. I know how to pull lists and have done some driving for dollars; however, I have not connected with sellers. I am looking to gain experience with this aspect, as well as negotiating with sellers, and closing deals. Looking to connect with someone to help us out. WILL TRADE TIME IN EXCHANGE FOR EXPERIENCE!!

Hi BP friends!

As we approach 2024, which markets are you all looking more closely at for fix and flip projects?

We’ve done 8 flips ytd will do 20-25 by year end . Right now it’s split 50/50 buying on market and wholesalers

Would love to collaborate with you on wholesalers here in the valley. I get probably 20 deals per day coming in but that's just it, they aren't deals.  They are 80+% of ARV.  Would love to hear about who you are using?  Reach out

@Brett Tvenge - I second what Ron said. If you are willing to share your sources, please reach out. Thanks!

I'm looking for properties. I thought wholesalers would be a great way to find a real estate deal in my area.

Hello,

I'm looking for great wholesalers in the Phoenix area. I've joined several REI groups on facebook which includes wholesalers; however, I have not had much luck. Any recommended individuals would be appreciated. Thank you!
