Quote from @Joe S.:

What are you offering as far as service provided?
What are you expecting as far as pay?

Do you have an email I can send over that info.

Quote from @Jamie Jones:

Hi @Christi Caden, are you looking for a job working with a real estate brokerage or mortgage team? Or something completely different?

I am looking for anything that can get me into the real estate industry. Since I have an insurance background not too many places consider me.

I thought I would get on here to see if anyone is looking for an assistant, I would love to get some experience in any type of real estate. I don't have my license because I am back and forth from cities. I bought my first investment property in Atlanta, I have an insurance background. It's difficult to find a job in real estate that doesn't require you to have your real estate license. Would love to learn more in any area of real estate and to get my foot in the door with a company. Any advice or recommendations would be great!

Hi Peter, I have spoke with two property management companies so far and they are not interested in taking on my place because it's furnished. is that the common thing, because its furnished no one wants to take it on?

I do have it listed, it's fully furnished, set up like an airbnb, I've put it on a few websites and haven't received any interested applicants. Currently looking for a property management company in the Atlanta area to get more exposure for it. However they are saying because its furnished its a small percentage I'll get someone in there. I just finished furnishing it a month ago. Now it's looking like I may have to pull everything out and put in storage. At a cross roads!
