Not sure if this is the right forum but I have 15 acres that is prime for a subdivision under contract. Looking for investors or possibly someone I could just wholesale the contract to. Any advice on ways to shop the deal to prospective investors?

Didn't have plans to jump into investing at the beginning of the year. Things have now changed and hoping to buy a duplex by the end of the year. 

Hello All,

I'm in the process of turning my primary residence into a rental. I travel for work so i generally rent a place where I'm working. The home is worth around 300/310k I owe 170k on it. Hoping to get around $2,750 a month in rent current mortgage is 1,400. My intention is to take the equity from that home and buy a duplex to rent out. Any thoughts on whether I should go Refi, HELOC or maybe just wait?
