Hi Kushaal! Thanks for your encouragement. I am a PA based Realtor. I currently have a property management group helping me run the operations from afar. The tenants have been pretty solid with minimal vacancy since owning the property. The house is older, so factoring cap-ex and smaller repairs is an important consideration. Overall, I do feel like we have built a reliable team in the Wausau region and I am grateful for that!

Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Oakland.

This was my second buy and hold, multi-family investment. I found this property on the MLS with high DOM. The seller was motivated to sell and I was able to negotiate about $25,000 off of the asking price. This proeprty has afforded me many learning experiences that I can carry with me into future deals. It has been a solid investment to date generating cash flow, but more importantly building equity and tax benefits.

I originally purchased this small multifamily property as a buy and hold property to generate passive income. Since purchasing, this home has not only offered passive income, but has also allowed me to house-hack and significantly cut down on expenses. Over time it has apprecaited and built equity. In 2025 this house will buy me another house. How crazy is that?
