@Tim Herman thanks for the info, but can't be 100K per unit since I see people selling 50-80K per door for old fourplex old but still pricier than when they bought it,so building cannot be higher than selling cost... Maybe I need to raise price, you are right, but 100K for door, it's unrealistic too...

Hi, I am looking to find a good builder for a project, does anyone know someone? I am traying to get 6 units for a cost of around 20-25 per door.

Decent but not fancy details I have the lot in Sachse, ( Metroplex DFW)

@Bruce Woodruff yeah, we want to act all according to law... Legally it's our house, legally she is not even a renter, it's a squatter at this point... So I want thinking legally I should not pay water or electrical bills... In my house. When I don't a link with this person at all, the house it's not on her name... I don't know if I am right but I think so

@Eliott Elías hey Elliot, how can I find you, it's always good to discuss things from people more wiser than me in Real State matters

@Nathan Gesner. Yes and you are all right, I do have an attorney but apparently not the best one... We have won in the Peace court and they appeal and it's taking a lot of time in the County Court

My attorney said this :

The court said it will be January or February before they can schedule a trial. They are backed up

I ask if I can take them to court to collect fees or something...

He said

No because you don't have a rental agreement with her

I offer money to make a deal... She bring an attorney, after a couple of weeks we file everything becouse the house was in our name already after the city auction.... Them this person, one day before court, send their lawyers to stop everything, saying they want to do a Redemption, wich means they will pay us... So the day came and they didn't bring the money, was a delay tactic.... So we file for eviction again, wasting 1 and a half month... After that they call sick to the court so she gain 2 more weeks... After that she lost but she didn't show up in court.... But appeal the same day... And we have been waiting since last month... So in total when we buy the house... Until we get the title and all this... It's like 10 months...

So we bought a house in a city auction, it has a person living inside, after traying to make a deal without luck, we do an eviction, win in firts instance with the city court, now the person have done delay tactics like calling sick, saying she will do a redemption and later just dissapering and right now asking for an appeal in short its like 10 months so far living there for free....

Can we do something to try to pressure or something? Or get any compensation?

@Steve Vaughan that's an amazing advice! I think that's something I will try, will check a bank or a mortgage company, did you have any recommendations of what's the best one to go?

I move to the USA 5 years ago, I sold a family house in my home country since I get married here and I am starting with that seed capital

@Catalina Draghici hi, it's between 100-600 depending on the house, I have gone for a green inspection for 100 and a full house inspection including Fundation and others for 600
